From within the Zoomorama application, you just need to open the album you want to modify. Carry out your modifications and when the

HELP! IT'S NOT WORKING.
My contact cannot view my Zoomorama.
Check first that you have correctly entered the zoomorama URL address. Most of the time, this problem is due to the fact that your
contact uses an older version of the Flash plug-in. Zoomcreator® takes advantage of the latest Internet technologies to offer you the best
services. To obtain the last version of the free Adobe Flash plug-in, click on this link:

Why am I not able to upload or modify a Zoomorama from my workplace?
Many company networks use technologies which block external websites. These firewalls are there to prevent any kind of intrusions, but
are not very good at differentiating between the good ones (like Zoomorama) and the bad ones (hackers, Trojans, worms, spyware, etc.).
Why does my Zoomorama seem to take such a long time to upload?
Zoomcreator® is optimized for quick Internet connections (ADSL, cable). To get the most of Zoomcreator®, we recommend you
use a high-speed connection. If you still notice slowness when performing an upload, make sure you do not simultaneously use other
applications using a lot of bandwidth, such as peer-to-peer programs, a media downloading process, webcam chats, etc. These applications
considerably slow down Internet exchanges and interfere with your album uploads.
Can I simultaneously upload several Zoomoramas from the same computer?
Yes, you can, although we do not recommend it. In order to keep a better traffic in your Internet exchanges, we advise you do not send
more than one zoomorama at a time to avoid any traffic jam in your bandwidth, which would slow down a lot your uploading process.
Is it possible that my Zoomorama gets blocked by anti-spam programs?
No. There is no case, no reasons and no setup where an anti-spam barrier could interfere in the reception of your zoomorama. For the
simple reason that you are the one who chooses the people who will view your zoomorama by sending them your URL address in a personal email.
How can I report a content that I consider shocking?
On the zoomorama.com website, each zoomorama is presented with a menu bar in which you will find an icon (a flag) indicating
inappropriate content. By clicking on this icon, we are immediately informed through your alert and we delete the zoomorama if it contravenes
with our terms of use.
When receiving a zoomorama, the orange bar on the upper screen border contains a link which enables you to warn us about any content in
zoomoramas which you find shocking or which contravene with the terms of use.

I cannot find a Mac version of Zoomcreator® to download.
Unfortunately, it is so for the moment. We are developing a Mac version and we will make it available as soon as possible. Although you
can view a zoomorama from a Mac with Firefox or Safari browsers, it is not yet possible for you to create your own zoomorama at the moment.
